If you are unable to keep an appointment, please be sure to give us at least 48 hours’ notice so that we can offer the appointment to someone else. If you don’t give at least 48 hours’ notice and we are not able to make use of the time with another patient, the practice reserves the right to make a charge of £200 for each hour of the dentist’s time wasted.
